America Regional Director Lloyd Bratz served as the Commanding Officer of the Cleveland Police Training Academy for 12 years. In his last assignment as the Commanding Officer of the Bureau of Community Policing, his responsibilities included oversight of a large D.A.R.E. Unit. Commander Bratz has been conferred the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy - Secondary Education with Higher Educational Administration, Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Technical Education by the University of Akron. |
